Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless another option is selected at checkout.

International orders ship via DHL and all duties and taxes are included.

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. West Coast shipments often arrive sooner.

International shipping varies by DHL method. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

A $7 flat return fee applies for U.S. return labels. International customers must provide their own return shipping.

Please return the original item and place a new order for the size or style you’d like instead.

Every brand sizes differently. Check our size chart for the most accurate fit.

Remember: panty size does not equal pant size, the same way that shoe size does 

Most customers find that Plain Jane runs smaller than Vanity Fair. Many people size up one or two sizes. Always check our size chart.

The Betsy fits just like the discontinued Vanity Fair Lollipop — no need to size up or down.

Potentially — cotton can shrink if washed or dried on high heat. Our cotton is not chemically pre-shrunk, making it a more natural, skin-friendly choice, but this means it may shrink if not cared for properly. For best results, wash in cold water and line dry.
