What is Shop?
Shop is a shopping app that allows you to discover products from different retailers, make purchases, track deliveries, and access special offers.
You can purchase Teri Lingerie products directly from our website at terilingerie.com or through the Shop app.
No matter where you purchase, Teri Lingerie is responsible for fulfilling your order and providing customer service related to our products.
What is Shop Pay?
Shop Pay is a convenient, secure checkout option that allows you to save your payment and shipping information for faster purchases.
You do not need to download the Shop app to use Shop Pay when checking out on our website.
What Happens If I Shop on TeriLingerie.com but Pay With Shop Pay?
You're still shopping directly with Teri Lingerie!
When you select Shop Pay at checkout on our website, you're simply choosing a payment method. Here's what happens:
- Your order is placed directly with Teri Lingerie.
- Shop Pay securely processes your payment using your saved information.
- Teri Lingerie receives your order, prepares your products, and handles shipping.
- You'll receive your order confirmation and shipping updates.
- Your order may also automatically appear in the Shop app, allowing you to track your delivery.
Using Shop Pay does not mean you've placed your order through the Shop app. It simply makes checkout faster and easier.
You can still contact Teri Lingerie directly with questions about your purchase, including returns, refunds, shipping, and product concerns.
Please note that paying with Shop Pay on our website does not automatically qualify your purchase for Shop Cash rewards. Those rewards are generally available through eligible purchases initiated in the Shop app or on Shop's website.
What is Shop Cash?
Shop Cash is a rewards program offered through Shop. Eligible purchases may earn Shop Cash, which can be used toward qualifying future purchases.
Shop Cash balances, rewards, and special promotional offers are managed by Shop, not Teri Lingerie.
Shop Cash generally cannot be earned or redeemed when shopping directly on TeriLingerie.com, even if you use Shop Pay. Certain eligible purchases that begin through Shop and redirect to our website for checkout may allow Shop Cash redemption.
Can Teri Lingerie Help With My Shop Account?
Your Shop account is separate from your Teri Lingerie customer account.
Although we can access information about orders placed with us, we do not have access to your personal Shop account, including:
- Shop account login information or passwords
- Shop Cash balances or rewards
- Saved payment methods
- Shop account settings
- Shop-specific promotions or account issues
Because we cannot access or manage Shop accounts, we're unable to change account information, adjust rewards, or troubleshoot Shop account problems.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless another method is selected.
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. West Coast shipments often arrive sooner.
International shipping varies by DHL method. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless another option is selected at checkout.
International orders ship via DHL and all duties and taxes are included.
Every brand sizes differently. Check our size chart for the most accurate fit.
Remember: panty size does not equal pant size, the same way that shoe size does.
The Betsy fits just like the discontinued Vanity Fair Lollipop — no need to size up or down.
Note: 100% cotton can shrink if washed or dried on high heat.
Most customers find that the Plain Jane runs smaller than Vanity Fair. Many people size up one or two sizes. Always check our size chart.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Keep It in Tip-Top Shape
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags attached (if applicable)
Return Options
- Refund to your original payment method: $7.00 flat rate return shipping fee applies.
- Store credit: No return shipping fee + get 5% extra credit! It's our way of saying thanks for keeping the shopping spirit alive.
