Subscribe and Save Policy

Our Subscribe & Save option makes it easy to keep your favorite Teri styles on hand without having to remember to reorder.

How Subscriptions Work

When you select Subscribe & Save on an eligible product, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription for the exact product, size, and color or assortment you select.

Current subscription options include delivery:

  • Every 3 months

  • Every 6 months

Eligible subscriptions currently receive 5% off the regular product price. Your subscription frequency, price, and discount will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

A one-time purchase option is also available for eligible products if you prefer not to subscribe.

Automatic Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Teri Lingerie to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription at the frequency you selected.

Your subscription will continue automatically until you pause or cancel it.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated for each recurring order based on the shipping address, order value, and Teri Lingerie's shipping rates and policies in effect at that time. Any free-shipping minimum applies to each individual order.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your Teri Lingerie customer account.

Depending on your subscription status, you can:

  • View upcoming subscription orders

  • Skip an upcoming order

  • Pause your subscription

  • Resume a paused subscription

  • Cancel your subscription

  • Update your payment method

  • Update your shipping address

Skipping or Pausing

If you don't need your next shipment, you may skip an upcoming order rather than canceling your subscription.

You may also pause your subscription. While your subscription is paused, no additional recurring orders will be created or charged. You may resume your subscription when you're ready.

Changes should be made before your next scheduled order is processed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future recurring orders and charges. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel, return, or refund an order that has already been processed or charged.

If an order has already been processed, our standard return and refund policies apply.

There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Product Availability

Subscription orders are subject to product availability.

Because Teri styles, colors, and sizes can occasionally sell out, we cannot guarantee that every subscription item will be available on every scheduled order date. If your subscribed item is unavailable, your order may be delayed or we may contact you regarding your options.

We will not automatically substitute a different size, style, or color without your permission.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund policies as other Teri Lingerie purchases.

Canceling or pausing your subscription is separate from requesting a return or refund for an order that has already been placed.

Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms

Product prices, shipping rates, taxes, and subscription offers may change from time to time.

If a change affects the amount you will be charged for an existing subscription, we will provide notice before the new amount is charged when required.

You may cancel your subscription before a future charge if you do not wish to continue under the updated terms.
