We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with tags. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless you received the wrong item, or it is damaged.

I love your Plain Jane panties. The fit is perfect and they’re so very comfortable! I only wish you had some of these in darker colors for a greater variety of colors.
Received my first time order yesterday. Got the 10 pack grab bag on a black Friday deal. Great price and fast shipping. Panties fit well. Like the waist band. These are comparable to VF. I got the size 5. Maybe cut just a tad larger than the VF size 5. I think the Teri panties waist band is nicer than VF, but the nylon not quite as silky as the VF. Price is great. I only got 2 colors pink and blue in my grab bag. Had hoped for at least 3 or 4 different colors, but that was my only disappointment and reason for 4 stars only.
I liked the idea of different colors so ordered the Plain Jane Nylon Panty Surprise Color 10 Pack. I’m glad I did. The different colors are wonderful. Plain Jane nylon panties are very comfortable too.
I picked these up to try as an alternative to my goto panties - Vanity Fair. Teri panties are soft and comfortable and comparable to Vanity Fair quality. I sized up two sizes for maximum comfort and a super relaxed fit. I ❤️ the pastel colors I received instead of the darker colors that were mentioned. I will definitely be purchasing from Teri again.
