To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, and with tags. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless you received the wrong item, or it is damaged.

I really like the colors and the quality. My mistake was ordering the same size I used for my old panties ( Carole) instead of consulting the size chart. These run shorter and fit a bit closer.
